Minimum Stay – Summer 2023 bookings are 7 days, Saturday to Saturday in high season (June 24th to August 26th).
Payment – Payable by check, reservations require a 50% deposit that is due at booking with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit – $500.00 refundable security deposit check is due with final payment.
Rental agreement will be forwarded electronically for signature.
Check in is at 3 pm, Checkout at 11 am
